Delete your Poketerminal account

This page explains how to delete your Poketerminal account and what happens to your data. It applies to the Poketerminal mobile app and related Services operated at poketerminal.io.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Poketerminal app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm (type DELETE).

After you confirm, your account is scheduled for removal. You can restore for 30 days by signing in with the same email and choosing Keep my account. After that window, removal is permanent. On this device only? Use Sign out instead. That keeps your account on Poketerminal.

Active subscriptions

If you have an active membership, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account, or billing may continue through the store. Deleting your Poketerminal account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot use the in-app flow, use our contact form and ask us to delete your Poketerminal account. Include the email address on your account so we can verify the request. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days, sooner when we can).

What we delete

When your account is purged after the restore window (or sooner if you do not restore), we remove or de-identify data tied to your account, including:

  • Account and profile data (email, display name, auth identifiers)
  • Portfolio, saved items, alerts, and similar product data you stored
  • Shop / vendor profile data owned solely by your account, where applicable
  • App preferences and settings tied to your user id

During the 30-day window, your shop is hidden from Browse. Signing in and choosing Keep my account cancels removal. Your shop stays offline until you publish again.

What we may retain

  • Backups. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until those backups rotate.
  • Legal, security, and fraud. Records we must keep for law, dispute, abuse, or security investigations, for as long as required.
  • Store and payment records. Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat keep purchase and subscription records under their own policies. We do not receive your full card number from those platforms.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that does not reasonably identify you.
  • Content shared with others (for example a public listing or a deal receipt already delivered to a counterparty) may remain visible to them as needed to operate that feature.

Guest / signed-out use

If you used Poketerminal without creating an account, there may be little or no account data on our servers. Clear the app or reinstall to remove local device data.
