Poketerminal Beta Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Poketerminal Beta Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Cringe Labs Inc. ("Sponsor"), [STREET ADDRESS], [CITY], CA [ZIP]. Contact: hello@poketerminal.io.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Inc., or Google LLC. Apple is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is not responsible for it.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on October 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 15, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Each eligible person may receive one (1) entry total, regardless of the method used.

A. App entry. Create a free Poketerminal account during the Entry Period. You will be entered automatically.

B. Free entry without the app. Visit poketerminal.io/giveaway and submit the free entry form with your name, email address, and state of residence, and confirm you are 18 or older.

Entries that are incomplete, automated, duplicated, or submitted by bots or scripts will be disqualified. Use of multiple accounts or email addresses to obtain additional entries will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive lifetime access to the Poketerminal Vendor plan, which includes all Poketerminal features ("Prize").

  • "Lifetime" means for as long as Sponsor offers the Poketerminal Vendor plan or a successor plan. If Sponsor discontinues the service, the Prize ends.
  • Poketerminal is currently in a free beta and has no paid plans. Sponsor's planned price for the Vendor plan is $29.99 per month. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each Prize: $359.88 (one year at the planned monthly price). Total ARV of all Prizes: $1,799.40.
  • The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes on the Prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 16, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email (and, for app entrants, in the app). A potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of notification to confirm eligibility. If a potential winner does not reply, is ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, that person forfeits the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Winners List

For the first name, last initial, and state of each winner, email hello@poketerminal.io after November 16, 2026, or visit poketerminal.io/giveaway. Winners may be announced publicly by first name, last initial, and state only, where permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway is used to administer the Giveaway and as described in the Poketerminal Privacy Policy: https://poketerminal.io/privacy. Entering does not require you to receive marketing emails.

9. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway and, if canceled, may select winners from eligible entries received before cancellation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, by entering you release Sponsor and Meta, Apple, and Google from any liability arising from your participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the Prize.

11. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
